  • What Does Designer’s Choice Mean?  Designer’s choice means that our designer’s select floral varieties and colours based on availability. Sinclair & Co. Design will make every effort to maintain a similar design to the floral image you are ordering. If you would like a specific colour theme, please note this in the comment section or email shop@sinclairandcodesign.com. Sinclair & Co. Design reserves the right to make adjustments based on availability. 

  • Where Do You Deliver? We deliver anywhere within the Ottawa city limits (Kanata-Orleans) if you are looking for anywhere outside of those limits, it will automatically be calculated when you select the "delivery" option at check out. 

  • Am I Able to Request a Specific Delivery Date?  If you are looking to have flowers delivered on a specific date, additional delivery fees may apply but we would be happy to chat further. Please email shop@sinclairandcodesign.com for more details. 

  • Can I Choose my Delivery Time? You may request a delivery window of 2 hours between 9am - 5pm for your chosen delivery date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. 

  • How Do I Take Care of my Flowers? We recommend re-cutting your bouquet after you receive it with sharp clippers or a sharp knife. Put your bouquet in a vase filled with fresh water so the stems are submerged and no foliage is below the water line. Make sure to re-cut and change your water every other day. Enjoy! 

  • Am I Able to Order a Custom Arrangement - Yes. We offer both fresh and dried custom floral arrangements based on our availability of florals and dried supplies. Please email shop@sinclairandcodesign.com for more details.


  • Does Someone Need to be Home to Receive the Order? It makes it easier if someone is home! We will always notify the recipient via text when a delivery has been made. We will only leave flowers/orders outside if the weather is appropriate to do so, therefore if the temperature or conditions are not suitable to leave the flowers, we will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt (most likely the next day). An additional fee will apply.  

  • Do I Have to Leave a Recipient Phone Number - Yes, please! In order for us to process your order, you must leave the recipient number. This also allows us to text the recipient when the order has been delivered. 

  • Are We Able to Purchase Gift Cards to the Shop? We will be adding gift cards to the shop soon!
